Nāda yoga
is an ancient practice that uses vibrations and sounds to achieve inner peace and spiritual awakening.
It sees the all-encompassing universe and everything that exists in it as vibrations of different density and complexity called nāda.
Matter – vibrational energy
condensed to the point of
visibility
Subtle vibrations – the
essence of existence
Subtle sound – vibration (ahata) is beyond the reach of the senses. It represents sound – the vibration of “silence”.
The subtle vibrations from the core of the anahata chakra are connected to the essence of existence. They are powerful and sacred, when reached they make available various possibilities to the practitioner.
